I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

Today, I will be sharing the entry into our townhouse decorated for Easter......

The front door....

I hung a macrame cross that my Mother gifted me a very long time ago on the door....

To the right of the door, I placed this hand made palm cross that I bought a few years ago, into this floral arrangement......

These are usually placed at a grave site for Easter......

I wanted to add a few religious Easter items to the Hutch for this year......

On the shelves on each side of the Hutch.....

The cross was bought at Dollar Tree.....

On top of the Hutch.....

About a month ago, I bought 2 sets of these lights, also from Amazon, and ran them along the top of the Hutch....

I ordered a set of 4 religious table top signs for Easter from Amazon, using a gift card from my son, Joey.....

I placed 2 of them, "He Is" and "Risen" on top of the Hutch on each side....

And I also bought this set of 6 fairy lights, again from Amazon.....

I used 2 of them to wrap around the Egg Topiaries....

In the center is a gold cross....

I hung this Easter sign in the center of the Hutch.....

The other side.....

The inside of the Hutch.....

With the puck lights on.....

With the lights off.....

You can see what is inside on the shelves better without the puck lights on....

Top Shelf.....

I kept my collection of white and gold angels on the shelves and used a bible that my MIL gifted us for elevation........

I bought this cross at a church flea market for $3 and placed lilies behind it....

I made the eggs on each side of the cross, decoupaging music sheet paper onto them.....

Someone from our church left these crosses made from palms on the table where Joe had been selling tickets for an event...

I wish I knew who so I could thank them.....

I placed them around the cross.....

The gold Bunnies were a gift from my friend Anne Marie.....

Middle shelf....

I placed the 3rd sign in the middle of this shelf....

Christ rising from the tomb.....

Bottom Shelf.....

And the 4th sign, "He Lives"....

I am happy with this different look for Easter this year.....

And I am glad that I added a few Religious Easter items to my decor....

The shelf on the other side....

Another Dollar Tree cross....

On the stairs....

Aqua and purple bows and eggs inside of the lantern.....

On the other side of the stairs.....

A Bunny wreath that I made......

The "Happy Easter" sign was bought at Big Lot's for 90% off....

My Mother gifted me this hand made Bunny that she bought from a co worker.....

And this is where I will stop for today....

In my next post on SATURDAY, for Saturday Snippets, I will be finishing up the Tour of the Living Room decorated for Easter.....

  3. Beautiful! Love your Easter decor. I also added some lights to my t.v. stand. They are on a stick. Super easy to put up. I love them. I also love fairy lights too. The stick was just easy to use for the t.v. stand. Battery candles are another favorite of mine!
