I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

I DABBLE IN A BIT OF THIS AND THAT!!!!

Last year, I joined a group of Bloggers who were setting Quarterly and Monthly Goals......

My Goals are more of a To Do List for each Season....

And I do so love my To Do Lists....

This year, I have decided to only do Monthly Goals.....

I have been a bit behind on posting these for January and February......

So today, I will be sharing how I did with my February Goals (which I never got to post about) and what my Goals for March are.....

FEBRUARY GOALS

This was left over from January....Finish decorating the Dining Room for Heart month.... I accomplished this in the first week of February..

After decorating for Winter and Heart Month, I decided to take it easy this month so I did not have a lot of goals....

Decorate the Den China Cupboard and the area around it for Saint Patrick's Day - YES!!!

Contact my Tax Preparer and get paper work to him - YES!!!

I am waiting for him to get back to me that it is finished and filed along with the paper work for my PA. Tax Rebate for Seniors.....

We support a local bakery, Bakery Delite, by purchasing the bagels and sweets from them....

We had a nice turn out even though the kids were not there from CCD as there was none because of the Holiday weekend....

Have my family over to celebrate my Birthday......YES!!

We had pizza, fries and chicken bites....

Attend the Young at Heart Senior Social Club Lunch Out at a local restaurant......YES!!!

 There was 18 of us....

As you can see, we all enjoyed a great lunch and a wonderful time together....

Attend the Raging Reptile Show at the Wyoming Valley Mall that was cancelled because of the January Snowstorm....YES!!!!

This is what I did last weekend!!

These are pictures posted on the Wyoming Valley Mall's FB site of the event , which was a huge success....

Since my son Joey is about 6'4", he did stand out in the crowd!!

That is me to the left bending down to see the critter in the container....

My DIL Danielle met us there with my twin granddaughters but one was crying so she stayed on the sidelines....

They did put on a show for the audience......

Some of the critters for show......

Joey petting the turtle....

And this is Lemon Drop.....

And Joey with Lemon Drop........

He could not wait to do this!!!

Me???????

NOT SO MUCH!!!!!

Can I tell you just how afraid of snakes I am?????

VERY AFRAID!!!!!!

So much so that everyone was laughing because every time I turned around, there was a little girl holding a snake!!!

Oh, yes I did!!

I screamed at this little girl holding a snake!!!!

I did muster up the courage to touch it....

 For only a second!!!!!

And yes, I screamed at this little girl too!!!

Joey is still laughing at me being the only one in this crowd screaming!!!!!

LOL!!

And Yes, I also screamed when I turned around and saw this.....

SWEET MOTHER!!!!!

That is Joey petting it!!

NO THANK YOU!!

When they took it out of that cart!!!

I took these pictures from a distance......

A far distance.......

After I faced my one of my greatest fears, which is snakes, Danielle, Joey and I walked around the Mall twice with the Twins......

 Who fell asleep.....

Our mall is trying to make a comeback and several new businesses are moving in which will be good....

Danielle and I decided that we will have to start meeting at the Mall and walk it with the twins so she can get out of the house with them after experiencing the coldest Winter we have had here in NEPA in 30 years!!!!!

What I did not get to do in February because of how cold it was is start to pack away the Christmas decorations upstairs in the Sitting Room, Craft Room, Bathroom and hallway.....

I shut the doors to most of these rooms and do not keep the heat on in them and had no intention of doing so when it was in the single digits outside...

Along with going up the attic....

I have tabled them til April.....
