feel it is a personal Journal that, hopefully, someday, my Twin
Granddaughters will be able to look back on to learn about who I

And now for a few Personal Notes...
For the New Year, I am trying something different with my 3 times weekly posts....
On THURSDAYS,
I will feature what I cooked and ate during the week, showcasing local
cuisine and a few recipes for things that I actually made...
I decided that on SATURDAYS, I will showcase What I Have Been Up To in the past week, sharing events and places I went to, if any....
On MONDAYS, I will be featuring What I Have Bought or Been Gifted Recently, if anything...
Since it is Thursday, that means I will be sharing some food!!
I continue to get potato pancakes every Friday during Lent from my church, Saint Maria Goretti....
They are so good....
I also made a "new to me" casserole after seeing it on a You Tube Reel....
Chicken Parm Alfredo Pasta Bake
Super easy!!!
Bake
breaded chicken cutlets ( I use Perdue) as per directions on package...
Cook into bite
size pieces when fully cooked....
Cook any Pasta you like per directions on package....
Mix with 2 jars of Alfredo
Sauce, half a bag of mozzarella cheese, parm cheese, garlic and onion
salt and Italian Seasoning....
Place the chicken on top of the pasta
mix..
Top with the remainder of the mozzarella cheese and bake for 30
minutes at 350 degrees, covered....
It was a Winner and absolutely delicious!!
Here in NEPA, we had a blast of Summer....
I can not even call it Sprig because the temps. hit the high 70's, breaking records....
Causing my sinus issues to act up....
Thankfully, we are now back down into normal Seasonal Temps. for us...
After all, the Blizzard of 93 happened on March 11-15 and dumped close to 25-30 inches of snow here...
Yes, Spring does not come to NEPA until April and we can still get Snow in April.....
I have been taking my time changing the Living Room over from Winter/Heart Month to Easter /Spring....
I will be keeping the Easter decorations up until the end of April so I am in no hurry....
Today, I am starting my tour of the Living Room decorated for Easter/Spring at the front door...
To the right of the front door when you walk into to the house....
For a vintage peach pitcher...
I also changed out the floral arrangement in the vase that my late husband Joe pulled out of our garbage dumpster!!
An arrangement of peach and ivory flowers that I made for the pitcher.... 
I changed out the Fall/Winter lace curtains .... 
I changed the flowers in this brass bucket over to peach and cream ones....
Small aqua bottle brush trees....
I do have the matching bowl but I am opting not to use it right now so I can display these sweet Bunnies here....
For these peach lace curtains....
I hung this sweet Bunny from the valance rod.....
I also hung 2 butterflies on each side of it.....
To the left when you walk in the front door.....
Last year, I painted the wall below the chair rail a deeper shade of aqua.....
On the side of Joe's grandmother's Hutch on a shelf....
One of a pair of brass sconces that I bought over 25 years ago at a yard sale....
I bought the cross in Dollar Tree 2 years ago....
I bought the cane for my son Joey when he was a kid as he is a huge fan of Barnabas Collins and Dark Shadows....
A battery operated lighted branch bush .....
I use a vintage ash tray stand for my keys....
A vintage door stop....
How the Hutch looked for Winter/Heart Month.....
And now for Spring/Easter....
Several years ago, I bought these on Amazon....
For the last few years, I went with a religious theme for the Hutch for Easter...... 
I changed over from the gold chenille runner to this lace one with fringe for the top of the Hutch.....
This year, I decided to keep out the gold churches that I have used for Christmas and Winter....
I bought the egg topiaries in Big Lot's one year for 90% off....

I bought this cross at a church flea market a few years back....
An Easter sign from Big Lot's....
The aqua bottle brush trees are from Dollar Tree....

I did make a few small changes to the inside of the Hutch from last year....
I display my collection of white Angel figurines in the Hutch year round....
The top shelf....
A friend of ours made the crosses from palms....

I added my collection of Iris Herringbone Depression Glass to the Hutch...

On the other side of the Hutch....
