I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

I DABBLE IN A BIT OF THIS AND THAT!!!!

And now for a few Personal Notes...

One of my neighbor's sent me these pictures of a visitor in our development...

He came back later that evening and had a feast....

We usually see bear in October as they bulk up right before hibernation so this is a bit early to see them....

Today I am sharing how I did with my Goals for the month of July on my Summer/3nd Quarterly Goals List.....

My Goals are more of a To Do List for each Month and Season of the year....

So let's take a look at how I did on my Goals for July!

I started off with a bang but I fizzled for about 2 weeks when I apparently contracted a G I virus that took a toll on my GI system and I am still having issues.

I have a Dr.'s appointment today( Monday) with my family physician and one next week with my Gastroenterologist...

I have been feeling better but I am taking my IBS medication on a regular basis which I normally do not have to do....
