I am so happy you decided to stop by!!
In previous posts, I have been sharing my Autumn decorating in our Living Room......
I shared my Autumn Tree and the "Pumpkin Patch" underneath it.....
Click HERE if you missed that post....
Then I shared some of the Autumn Vignettes in the Living Room.....
Please click HERE if you missed that post....
Today, I will be completing my Autumn Tour of our Living Room and will be sharing the entryway into our townhouse which includes Joe's Great Grandmother's Hutch, the Stairs, the Branch Tree and my Autumn Village.....
So grab something warm to drink and find yourself a comfy chair because as always, I have a lot of pictures to show you.....
When you walk through the front door into our townhouse, which by the way is the only access into our home because of the huge slope in back of my back yard, this Hutch is on the wall to the left.....
This is Joe's Great Grandmother's Hutch which his family was going to throw out until I took it and refinished it standing in this exact spot!!!
On the each side of the Hutch, are shelves and sconces.....
This is the one on the left side with a gold glittered battery operated candle and a pumpkin made from a roll of toilet paper that I made a very long time ago.....
Below the shelf......
An old standing ash tray that we use for our keys and a brass can filled with some faux Autumn florals and pumpkin branches that I bought this year at Dollar General!!
The greenery bush has the same type of leaves that I have used in a swag and garland in the Kitchen....
I like to decorate the top of the Hutch for the different Holidays and Seasons.....
The greenery garland above the mirror stays there year round and I simply added a few glittered fall leaves to it.....
A gold mercury glass candle holder, an Autumn plate, an orange glittered pumpkin and a crackle glass votive......
In the center stands a copper colored Owl.....
I hung a bow that I made on the hutch....
And a pretty angel in Autumn colors also hangs there in the center of the hutch.....
A swag of Autumn florals rest in the center of the hutch.....
Same things on the other side as I am a lover of symmetry!!
The inside of the hutch is where I normally display some of my collection of Angels and depression glass pieces of Iris Herringbone Depression Glass.......
I just added some orange, copper and gold ornaments......
Some pumpkins.....
And some gourde and pumpkin tea lights......
To give the inside of the hutch an Autumn feel......
The shelf on the other side of the hutch......
Sticking with the Angel theme inside the hutch.....
I decided to move the gold lanterns that I usually have sitting on the other side of the stairs, over to this side.....
And this Autumn Angel, that I bought at a Church Flea Market, last year on the steps between the Lanterns.....
Which I added bows to and some pumpkins, gourdes and acorns inside....
When you walk in the front door, this is what you see straight ahead of you along with the stairs......
That is the hallway to the Kitchen and Powder Room......
This year, I changed up what I hung here by the stairs.......
I moved a wreath that I had made and I usually hung on the mirror in the hallway here this year.....
And I hung the "Happy Fall" acorn metal sign that I bought at Big Lot's this year underneath it....
On this side of the stairs........
A metal pocket with a floral arrangement that I made.....
And more of those pumpkins made from toilet paper!!
In this corner of the Living Room......
I use this antique chair for displaying Seasonal and Holiday items.....
Again, I used pumpkins......
A larger acorn.....
Pine cones......
And leaves.....
Underneath the chair....
Is a large lantern placed on an orange charger plate.....
That I put a pumpkin and some ornaments in with a string of lights.....
And I also added a bow and a tassel hanging off the side....
Next to the chair is my LED Branch Tree......
For Autumn, I decorated with the copper and bronze ornaments.....
Along with gold glittered leaf ornaments.....
I filled the galvanized tray that the Tree sits in with pumpkins, gourdes and pine cones.....
I added an Autumn leaf garland to the greenery that is normally on top of the curio......
And a bow....
More of my collection of Angels in the curio.....
And some pieces of crystal.......
Along side the curio is an urn the I placed a pumpkin and battery operated lighted Autumn branches in......
And now on to my Autumn Village which I have had for a long time and display on top of the TV Entertainment Center..........
I first bought the original pieces at JoAnn Fabrics when my sons were young and then years later, I picked up a few more houses at The Christmas Tree Shop......
I set it up a little differently this year.....
I keep out these gold LED battery lit trees year round......
I am just going to let the photos do the talking......
I gave my Halloween and Easter villages to family members but I think I will hold on to this Autumn Village for a little while longer.....
This is the Tree across from me in the Neighbor's yard....
These photos were taken in the morning at Sun Rise.......
What a difference when I took these photos on the same day at Sun Set......
Soon the entire tree will be all orange and red......
And this is looking up toward the tree in my Neighbor Lynn's yard......
The red tree is loosing it's leaves already but the Burning Bush still has a little way to go before it is completely red!!
In my next post, I will start to share the Halloween decorations in our Dining Room......
And I even will be sharing a Halloween tablescape......
So I hope you will stop by to visit again soon!!
Thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

Deb, I am absolutely speechless! I don't think there are words to describe how gorgeous and beautiful your living room is. Breath taking!. Every detail, every bit of space is just outstandingly beautiful. The hutch that belonged to Joe's great grandmother that you refinished is stunning. It is really a standout. The mantle with mirror is another jaw dropping beauty. And not to forget the village. What a beautiful display. I know you work hard to have such a beautiful home. You certainly succeed at beauty. I know it must be an inviting place for your family. As I have said before you are amazing. Very beautiful Deb.
ReplyDeleteI love your seasonal decorations. Your fall and Halloween displays are amazing. It would be so fun to see your decor in person, but seeing it here is also a treat! Thank you for sharing. Thank you too for picking the features at Best of the Weekend. It was fun to see what you picked. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteAmy,

Yourfall decorations are beautiful, Debbie! Autumn is my favorite season of the year and I love everything to do with it.
ReplyDeleteI see a charming painting of a church that I love. I think it is directly above your Autumn village.
ReplyDeleteThe colors on your neighbor's trees look stunning at sunset.
