Welcome to Debbie-Dabble Blog!!
I am so happy you decided to stop by!!
Blogging has always been a stress reliever for me along with an avenue to share my passions which are my home and my garden.....
I
feel it is a personal Journal that, hopefully, someday, my Twin
Granddaughters will be able to look back on to learn about who I
was....
I will be posting 3 times a week on MONDAYS, THURSDAYS and SATURDAYS....
As always, click on each picture if you would like to enlarge it....

A NOTE ABOUT COMMENTS
I
enjoy reading your comments and will return the favor by visiting and
commenting on your blog or reply to you directly here if you do not have
a blog but I do have my comment section set to Moderation due to
spammers and hackers so your comment will not appear immediately...
And since I have a very busy life, like most of us do, it may take me awhile to return your comments but I promise I will....

In my last post, I shared Part 1 in a Series that I am doing over on my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas, called "Where Do I Out It All?"
I shared a hidden storage space in my downstairs.....

Click HERE if you missed that post!!
And now for a few Personal Notes...
A
word to the wise...
I ordered two 8 lb. bags of Fries and Tater Tots from
Sam's Club...
They are as big as the 25 lb. bags of Ice Melt I bought!!

Yikes....
I barely was able to fit them in my freezer!!
I actually
opened them and split them up in separate freezer bags!!!
LOL!!
I do give my son Joey some of both as he received an air fryer/toaster oven as a gift from his Boss for Christmas and he likes to use it to make snacks in the evening for himself....
These massive bags were only $9 and $10 each....
Again, part of my Winter Stock Up Plan...
But make sure you have enough room in your freezer!!!
I decided to use up some of those Tater Tots and made a casserole....

I found 2 similar recipes on Pinterest and I combined them....
Since I had no sour cream, I used 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup, mild cheddar cheese and seasoned it with a tablespoon of Worcestshire Sauce, paprika, chili powder, garlic and onion salt...
I added the cheddar cheese to the meat mixture and topped the tater tots with more cheddar cheese ....
My son Joey inhaled it and we already decided that a variation of this could be adding cans of mushrooms and baking it with Minute Rice or noodles instead of the Tater Tots..
There was no Left Overs!!
Click HERE and HERE for the 2 recipes....
In a previous post, I shared that I bought this amazing Triplelight flashlight that I saw on Shark Tank and wondered why
all flashlights were not being made like this....

I had not received it yet when I did that post....
It is 180 degree light
and has 3 different settings of brightness...

It illuminates an entire
room when on because you can see that it lights up the area on the sides......
Great to use at night if walking a dog....
It was only $19.99
online through Walmart and it came with 2 AA batteries.....
$24.99 on Amazon....
I love it....
I
also ordered a set of 2 Duo head lamps featured on WNEP's Does It
Really Work?...
It is fantastic for me to use when I go up the attic as
it is a 180 degree light and illuminates the entire attic!!

It has 2
brightness settings on the 180 degree strip....
And it has another light for
a more focused light that also has 2 settings....
It was $9.99 in Boscov's...
$12.99 on Amazon...
I bought 2 of them for only $9.99 online through
Walmart.....
I love it, especially for use when I go up the attic!!!
I was able to check a Goal off my list for February....
I got my decorating Mojo back....
I packed away all the Christmas decorations from the upstairs bathroom, cleaned the bathroom and redecorated it with it's normal decor for the first time in 17 months....
I did not get to take down Christmas upstairs last year because of Joe's illness and passing so all my Christmas decorations upstairs have been up since October 2023....
I hung the wreath I made a few years back on the door....
I used mainly florals in the colors of the Bathroom.....purple and sage green....
I hung this plaque, that was gifted to me by a friend, from the wreath.....
This is what I call the smallest Bathroom known to Man.....
Which makes it impossibly hard to take pictures of but I will give it a go.....
It has been quite a while since I shared this bathroom not decorated for Christmas.....
This is what it looked like before I added the second wall paper border.....
A bit boring.....
Decorated in true Victorian style where the ceiling was viewed as a 5th wall....
And I have been seeing a trend of going back to that style on FB reels and You Tube videos with the new style of Moody Romantic and Academia decorating....
This is the wall in the bathroom behind the door.....
See how I added the second wall paper border to create that Victorian look....
A sage green and purple swag, that I added purple berries to, bought at a yard sale....
The small pictures were also bought at a yard sale......
This print is one of 2 that I bought many years ago on Ebay and framed....
I hung lavender filled sachets that I embellished from the Home Interiors mini baskets....
The leaves in the Home Interiors baskets have purple on them.....
I next want to go over the grout with a white grout paint pen that I used in my Kitchen but I wanted to get this post up for lack of other content to publish.....
I will share how it looks after I do it....
I bought these purple and sage green towels in Kohl's in 2012!!!
A toilet paper holder and garbage can, that I embellished, that I use for towels and a bath mat....
These were the Victorian style crafts that I used to sell on Ebay and at local craft fairs....
Above the shower....

There are 2 Home Interiors baskets on each side of the shower with purple and sage green florals in them.....
I think when the weather is better, I may give them a fresh coat of gold spray paint....

I made this valance from a tablecloth that I also used for the Victorian style crafted items that I made for this bathroom......
Even though I have the shower doors, I do have a washable shower curtain in the shower so I do not have to keep cleaning the tracks of the shower door after each use.....
Call me lazy!!
These vintage embroidered "His" and "Hers" towels were my late neighbor Elly's....
A wall unit that I covered with anaglypta ( paintable) wall paper, that I bought at a yard sale, and stained with a wood stain.....
The top of the wall unit....
I framed a Victorian paper fan.....
And Yes, I have a tea pot with purple flowers on it along with a tea cup and saucer, in the bathroom!
A vintage tatted handkerchief that I embellished with some beads....
A vintage cologne bottle....
I also added a wood trim, that matches the one wall paper border, that I stained to the wall unit.....
Some pretties and essentials on the shelves....
A matching tissue box that I made and a hand mirror that I embellished....
In the corner is still the original medicine cabinet which is 46 years old.....
Another floral swag above the medicine cabinet.....
Sorry that the lighting in this small room is not the greatest......
Another print that I bought on Ebay and framed......
A brass sconce, bought at a yard sale many years ago, with purple and green candle rings and purple votive cups.....
The sink.....
The toothbrush holder and cup holder are too small for what I have so I am using them for display....
A night light that I also made to match the rest of the accessories.....

Mouthwash is in the crystal decanter.....
I also covered the sink cabinet with the wood stained anaglypta paper.....
And this is now what my upstairs bathroom will look like until October when I decorate it for Christmas again....
I hope you will stop by to visit again on SATURDAY for my next post which I still have no idea what it will be about.....
