Granddaughters will be able to look back on to learn about who I

And now for a few Personal Notes...
I am feeling better as I took 2 days off to just sit and relax.....
Hopefully, this time, whatever I had does not come back again....
Today, I will be finishing up my tour of the Living Room decorated for Heart Month/Valentine's.....
The soffit above the entry into the Dining Room....
Evergreen garland with red velvet roses....
In the corner.....
On the cherub shelf.....
The large round table......
Again, I added a few Valentine's decor items and some red roses to my Victorian decor....
On the faux window.....
A Valentine's slate.....
A heart wreath that I made.....
Valentine's envelopes that I embellished......
I left the red cardinal throw out after Christmas.....
I made these envelope pillow covers last year......
It is a stretchy knit velvet like fabric with embossed roses on it.....
On the other side of the faux window.....
The 7 ft. Tree that I leave up all year round and decorate for all Holidays and Seasons......
I decorate the Tree in mostly red and gold hearts for Heart Month/Valentine's....
These
are some of the ornaments that I made for Valentine's over the years.....
The bow on top of the Tree is made from red velvet ribbon embossed with roses....
You may remember that I bought these on clearance in Big Lot's right after Christmas....
I also left out the gold candle ornaments that I used on the Den Tree for Christmas...
I added both the red and gold candle ornaments to the Tree this year....
I also use several different types of gold cherubs......
I also decorate the platform that the Tree sets on....
I used a red rose vintage tablecloth to cover the platform.....
A gold lighted branch tree....
And a vase with an arrangement of red velvet roses and gold leaf bushes....
A Bearington Bear dressed as a squirrel.....
A snowman tea pot and some vintage Valentine's cards....
In the center.....
Heart boxes that I embellished.....
3 Bearington Bear "children" sitting on a bench......
On the right side.....
Another floral arrangement of red roses and gold leaves....
I also left out the gold bottle brush tree after Christmas.....
I bought this pretty set for only $1.50 on half price day at a church flea market last Summer....
I thought it was perfect to use here as I wanted to incorporate a bit of Winter into this display.....
I placed a pine cone pick into the mug that I bought on clearance in Big Lot's after Christmas....
On the side of the platform, is an urn that I bought at a church flea market.....
A beautiful red cardinal globe that my nieces gifted me....
Inside the red velvet sleigh that my late friend Anne Marie gifted me....
A vintage 3 tiered table next to the TV Entertainment Center........
Again, I added a few Valentine's items and cards to my existing decor....
The sweet snow man was a gift from Anne Marie...
The vintage Valentine's cards were my late neighbor Elly's....
And last, I wan to share this display in front of the TV Entertainment Center.....
This pays homage to Joe's career as a Letter Carrier.....
"Lover Boy" Bearington Bear....
A Dollar Tree mailbox that I embellished....
The Valentine's card with the letter carrier was gifted to me by my friend Anne Marie.....
She also gifted me this vintage styled postcard....
"Thief of Hearts" Bearington Bear....
I embellished the "Love Mail" sign....
All of my Bearington Bears were gifted to me either by Joe or Anne Marie, who also collected them....
And that completes my tour of the Living Room decorated for Heart Month/Valentine's.....

My goodness Debbie, you have been busy! I can't keep up with the holidays, I only created a few vintage valentines this year. I am glad you are feeling better. My husband took tomorrow off from work, but it looks like he will be spending it in bed, he is sick, and I am sure I will be following behind him soon, so we will probably be staying in this weekend. I hope you have a happy day!
