I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

I enjoy reading your comments and will return the favor by visiting and commenting on your blog or reply to you directly here if you do not have a blog but I do have my comment section set to Moderation due to spammers and hackers so your comment will not appear immediately...

I want to Thank Jennifer, over at Studio 57 by Jennifer Adams, for choosing my post, Valentine's Tree and a few more Hearts in the Dining Room, as one of her features from last week's Wednesdays in the Studio link Party!!

 Thanks so much, Jennifer!!

Please stop by and link up to this new party!!

And now for a few Personal Notes...

Well, this whole post is going to be a personal one....

I finally got to celebrate my Birthday, which was January 31st, with my family on Tuesday...

I set a simple Birthday tablescape.....

And we celebrated it like we always have.....

With a Pizza Party...

My sons Joey and Jim treated us to pizza from a favorite local pizza place, Dino's, in the Wyoming Valley Mall, right down the street from us....

Danielle and Lily....

Danielle wanted to have her smell and lick the pizza to get a taste of it before she started to give her small pieces of it...

Faye and Azumi....

They definitely wanted to see what we were eating even though they are never fed table food....

Next came the Carvel Ice Cream Cake that I bought....

Not sure what she thinks of it....

Jim, enjoying his pizza.....

Holding Gigi....

Gigi was crying so he was comforting her....

All better now...

Uncle Joey.....

Joey and Faye....

She blends right in with the Bearington Bears the twins were playing with...

Lily on the move....

The twins were drawn to the bright lights....

But Jim and Danielle were right there telling them " Don't touch" and "It doesn't belong to you"

Just like I taught my sons......

Jim and Danielle have a lot of things in their house and have been teaching them "Not to Touch"...

Gigi.....

Lily loved this Bearington Bear...

Mimi took the stand off it so she could hold it better.....

Gigi liked this Bearington Bear....

And after all that partying and running around Mimi's house, they were tuckered out!!!

We all enjoyed a wonderful evening together and it was the best Birthday present ever.....

Spending time with my family....

It was something that I greatly needed....

In my next post on SATURDAY, I will be sharing a few New Buys.....

So I hope you will stop by to visit again on SATURDAY.....
