Dining Room Valentine Buffet, 2017

  Welcome!!

I have finally finished decorating the downstairs for Winter and Valentine's Day and packed away all of Christmas.....

That is the downstairs, but I still have Christmas to pack away upstairs and now that I have finished decorating the downstairs for Winter and Valentine's, I can focus on the upstairs.....

As I mentioned in previous posts, my Winter and Valentine's décor will stay up until the end of February since February is American Heart Month....
The Dining Room and Living Room are mainly decorated for Valentine's Day......

Today, I will be sharing how I decorated the Dining Room Buffet........
Other years, I decorated the buffet in mostly a soft pink Valentine theme but since I decorated the Kitchen mostly for Winter this year with just a touch of Valentine's, I had no where in the Kitchen to create my Candy Bar display......
So I decided to go with pink, red and white here in the Dining Room for Valentine's Day......
I decorated the buffet in a Sweet Shop type of theme.........
On the lamp, I hung a heart and a vintage paper angel ornament.......
A cherub planter filled with glittered pink hearts.....
A cupcake dish.....
Faux pastries and lollipops......
Heart boxes and faux cupcakes.......
A runner made out of heart fabric sits on top of a lace runner.....
Thomas Kinkade Pink Ladies on the shelf above the buffet.....
Apothecary jars filled with Valentine candy.......
A heart shaped tin box and a candy dish with hearts on it.....
A large vintage Valentine's card that was given to me by a neighbor is a new addition this year to my Valentine's décor.......
Faux cookies and cupcakes on a dish with  a red rose painted on it......
A string of white, pink and red heart lights is draped around the display on top of the buffet......
How it looks in the evening.......
I will be sharing the rest of the Dining Room, including a Valentine's Tree, in my next post......
So I hope you will come by and visit  again!!

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

If you do not have a blog, PLEASE  give me some way to reply to your comment, maybe by including your email in your comment.  If I can not find a way to reach you, I will reply on the post where you commented so please check back......

Hugs,
Debbie
