PINTEREST
In my last post, I shared the Hutch in the Kitchen decorated in An Apple & Sunflower theme.....
Today, I will be continuing my Tour of the Kitchen decorated in an Apple & Sunflower theme for Late Summer/Early Fall......
In this post, I will be sharing this area in the Kitchen including my Beverage Bar area......
In the corner by the stove....
Oven mitts from Dollar General and Dollar Tree .....
On the side of the stove.....
The grater planter.....
I filled it with Sunflowers and Apple picks....
And hung an Apple dish towel on it....
Sunflowers tucked into the Planter's Peanut canister which contains my rolling pin collecion.....
The 2 Apple towels on each end are vintage and the one in the middle was a gift from a reader of my Blog.....
At a church flea market that I recently went to, I bought these 5 copper molds for $1.00...
I hung them on the soffit around the Kitchen cabinets, adding them to ones I already had hanging......
Hanging on the cabinet door......
You may remember that I recently bought these 2 signs at Dollar Tree.....
I embellished them.....
And hung this one on this side of the sink....
On the counter between the stove and the sink.....
I bought this brand new set at that church flea market.....
And put them in my yellow pitcher......
I taped a graphic that I ran off to the sign hanging behind the pitcher....
Apple and Sunflower towels bought at Boscov's......
As I mentioned many times before, I still treat the area where my Kitchen window was, before we turned our patio into our Den, like a window......
I hung Apple pot holders on each side of the cabinets.....
Along with a Sunflower place mat bought at Dollar Tree....
I also bought this set at that same church flea market.....
I hung 2 of them on top of the Sunflower place mat and hung an apple ornament I made from them.....
This year, I added a floral venise lace trim to this valance that I bought last year....
I hung Apple ornaments I made from the tea cup chandy that I also made and the curtain rod.....
On the other side of the cabinets.....
Another Apple pot holder.....
And Sunflower.....
On the window sill....
Sunflowers in the milk bottles.....
Last year, when I bought the Sunflower place mats from Dollar Tree, I cut this one to fit on the window sill......
A Sunflower crackle glass jar filled with a set of fairy lights....
I bought this wooden pie at Hobby Lobby this year.....
The other sign on the opposite side of the sink.....
In the corner.....
I added Sunflowers to the wire tea cup arrangement....
I added the 2 larger copper molds bought at the church flea market to this side of the Kitchen and moved the smaller ones that were previously hung there elsewhere....
I hung the 2 smaller copper molds over here on the wall by the Hutch.......
Another Dollar Tree sign.....
A wreath that I made a few years ago.....
Dollar Tree potholders from last year.....
The Beverage Bar.....
I keep my Beverage Bar up year round as I enjoy my morning 2 cups of Coffee with an occasional cup during the day and maybe even a cup of Tea......
I hung this Dollar Tree sign here this year.....
I bought both of these at Dollar Tree this year.....
On the marble turntable, peppermint sticks and chocolate spoons placed in a Sunflower bucket bought at Hobby Lobby.....
I placed our sugar packets and creamers in the Mickey Mouse mugs that my son Jim and his wife Danielle bought for us when they went to Disneyland in July.....
I left up the place mat that I hung on the refrigerator....
I used the other half of the Sunflower place mat from Dollar Tree here.....
The wooden Latte with the Apple on it came from Hobby Lobby....
I was thrilled I found another Sunflower mug from Dollar Tree at the church flea market because this pattern is now discontinued.....
And I also used a Dollar Tree Sunflower place mat under the turntable.......
And this is where I will leave off for today.......
On FRIDAY, I will wrap up my Tour of the Kitchen decorated in an Apple and Sunflower theme for Late Summer/Early Fall......
I will be sharing the top of the refrigerator.......
So I hope you will stop by to visit again on FRIDAY!!!

I love all the color in your kitchen, Deb! It's such a cheery place! I love it all.
ReplyDeleteApples and sunflowers are so late-summer! I love how you incorporate them into your kitchen and especially love your cooper molds!
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job decorating your kitchen. I love sunflowers too.
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie - I'm always so amazed at all the different themes you come up with and the patience you have to arrange everything so lovingly. You must have a huge storage area for all the things waiting for their season to arrive and be displayed. BTW I love your red kettle - and it ties in very well with your red apple and fall theme colours.
ReplyDeleteI have never commented before. I just like to look at how you design and style things. And your personal notes of what’s going on in your family. And I am amazed at your energy to get all these things done inside and outside. As far as the comments on your “messy” house, if you like it and it makes you happy, that’s all that matters. They don’t have to visit your blog if they don’t care to look at it all! Signed, Jane from Mississippi.
ReplyDeleteJane,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for taking time to visit my Blog to see what I have been up to!! I truly appreciate it!!! I hope that I give you a little bit of inspiration at times!! As far as my house, like I always say, To each their own" and I would never ever make a rude comment about someone else's style of decor in their house...I hope you are having a great week, my friend!!!
Hugs,
Deb
I love the wreath on the kitchen cupboard door! Thanks for sharing with SSPS, we sure appreciate it.
