I am a Victorian Soul, live in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion, with my Hubby Joe, who is a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am LOVING Retirement!!!!

Books, Birds and Transferware, Part 2!!!

Books, Birds and Transfer Ware is what I used to decorate the inside and around my china cupboard in the Den.......

In this post, I will show you the inside of the china cupboard, where I displayed quite a few pieces of red and blue Transfer Ware......

I used, books, birds and bird cages and transfer ware to decorate inside and around the china cupboard......

The Den is decorated in an English Country Style with a color scheme of burgundy, blue and ivory......

My red and blue transfer ware dishes are perfect for this room......

All these pieces have been bought at Yard Sales, Flea Markets, Thrift Shops and Estate Sales......

In my next post, I will be sharing how I decorated around the bottom of the china cupboard.......
