Welcome to Debbie-Dabble Blog!!
I am so happy you decided to stop by!!
I am now posting 3 times a week !!!
I will be posting on TUESDAY, THURSDAY and SATURDAY
As always, click on each picture if you would like to enlarge it....
Today, I will be sharing the rest of the Den decorated for Winter in a Woodland Winter Wonderland theme....
I will be sharing the China Cupboard area in my next post...
In my last post, I shared how I decorated 3 Trees in the Den in a Woodland Winter Wonderland theme.....
Click HERE if you missed that post!!
The Den is the only room that I decorate solely for Winter....
Here in NEPA at this time of the year, we usually have snow on the ground and get at least some snow storms during the month of January....
Such is not the case this year as it has been unseasonaly warm with rain!!
BUT...
Mother Nature always corrects herself so I suspect we will get snow in February and even into March as we have had some of our best snow storms including Blizzards in March...
We will start this post when you walk into the Den from the Kitchen and this is to the left....
On the wall by the storage room....
I made this wreath last year using a Dollar Tree sign...
This year, I bought several boxes of Snow Balls on Clearance in Big Lot's....
I paid $2.50 a box at 75 % off....
I added a few to this wreath.....
I keep this mail box up year round....
I added snow balls and a Dollar Tree Owl to this wreath this year....
My Cynthia Hart Calendar on the Pantry closet door....
This is my corner in the Den....
This is where I sit and watch TV while Joe is watching Hockey in the Living Room......
Above the TV....
On the shelves above the TV is a Snow Bird and a white Owl.....
I moved a flocked swag from the Powder Room in to the Den and hung it above the large picture....
A snow man and a bleached bottle brush tree that I won years ago in a Blog Giveaway....
The container of trees was gifted to me by my friend Anne Mare and I just bought a set of felt trees on Clearance in Bed, Bath and Beyond....
A Snow Bird and another Owl on the TV stand....
Thomas Kinkade Winter scenes that I framed hang on the wall...
I kept everything on this table from Christmas but removed the Santa....
Added a few snow balls and another owl on the lighted branches...
I left the snow men out under the glass dome...
Above my chair....
On the shelf....
I bought the dishes in Gabes a few years ago along with the 2 Winter Birds...
I left out the framed Thomas Kinkade calendar picture....
More Snow Birds and a Bird House.....
Another bleached bottle brush tree bought at The Christmas Tree Shop....
I have a snow man's hat on top of the chair...."One Magic Hat".....
Above the door is a "Let it Snow" sign.....
Hanging on the valance rod is a Dollar Tree tinsel wreath with a large snow flake in the center, snow flake garland and mittens.....
Hanging on the door is another wreath I made using a snowman I bought from a local Craft vendor.....
To the right side of the door.....
My Thomas Kinkade Seasonal Clock....
On the shelf below it, another Owl....
I already shared the 4 1/2 foot Tree that I decorated for Winter in my previous post to which there is a link in the beginning of this post...
The Snowmen are from my neighbor Elly's Snowman Collection....
She loved them....
Snow Flakes hang from the rods on the curtains of the windows....
On the shelves between the windows in the Den....
A Mitten ornament and a Winter "Believe" sign.....
On the shelves are white glittered Birds from Micheal's.....
And a cute Winter figurine sitting on a snow ball....
I left out the Thomas Kinkade Village from Christmas....
I removed anything that had to do with Christmas...
A lighted branch tree and a Penguin in honor of Joe's beloved Pittsburgh Penguins and their AHL Wilkes Barre Scranton Pens who play their home games at the Arena 5 minutes from our hose and to which we have Season Tickets for.....
And this is where I will leave off for today...
It took me 3 days to change over the Den.....
In my next post on THURSDAY, I will be sharing the China Cupboard in the Den decorated for Winter....
So I hope you will stop by to visit again on THURSDAY!!
Stay safe, healthy and most of all, HAPPY!!

So much to see, Debbie! I especially love the hat on the back of the chair...I immediately thought Frosty was there and forgot his hat!
ReplyDeleteLove your winter scenes! It is unseasonably warm here too. We were sunny and in the 50's here in Northern Ohio. I have a few packs of those "snowballs" here that I bought on clearance a few years ago. My three year old grandson loves to toss them and create games. Today I was pretending they were real and he very patiently explained that they are not "wet" so they are not real. I love three year old logic.
ReplyDeleteI do love a woodland theme -- it's nice to lose some of the reds and greens and have that calming white -- especially since at least here there is no snow and nothing predicted that will last beyond a couple of days.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I get exhausted just reading your posts! You're always so busy around the house with your decorating and your crafting (and all the gardening you get to in the summer!). What a labor of love.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that I've finally made it here to visit your winter wonderland! It's been so crazy here with all our pet problems and I've felt so out of touch lately! Your home is always magical but even more so dressed for winter. I see several of my owls have twins at your house too! It's all just beautiful. I hope all is well with you and yours. Happy New Year to all of you!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I like all the snowy touches in your Winter Wonderland. My favorite is Mr. Owl. Thank you for sharing this post in the Talent-Sharing Tuesdays Link-Up 50.
