In a previous post, I mentioned that I was waiting to receive my new replacement Camera from Kodak.....
I bought this camera less than 2 years ago but did not buy the extended warranty on it so when it stopped powering up a few weeks ago, I thought that I would be ordering another new camera.....
In fact, I actually had my son order a new one for me but promptly cancelled it after I placed a call to Kodak Customer Service
I did not expect to really get anywhere when I asked if there was something else I could do to power up the camera.....
You can imagine my surprise when I was told that if I sent them my camera and they determined that the camera was not damaged like being dropped on the floor or anything else like that, that they would in turn, send me a NEW replacement Camera!!!!!.....
On Tuesday, I received my new Camera.......
I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the Kodak Customer Service and I want to give Kodak a huge Shout Out for the way they handled the situation!!!
A Shout Out also to Dawn Brown who handled my case....
I am thrilled to have this Camera back as one of my Goals for this year was to learn more about it and be able to use it more effectively.....
I now will have a chance to do so!!
Now, I finally will be sharing today what type of Annual Flowers I planted in the Back Yard and Patio and how my Perennials are growing.....
We will start on the left side of the my Cottage Garden Back Yard........
Asters, a Shasta Daisy that I grew from seed last year, Rose Campion transplanted from a neighbor's garden and Missouri Primrose are planted here.....
My little Remembrance Garden for our 2 Fur Babies......
It amazes me how much clearer I can think now that I am not working and not in such a hurry and stressed out....
I decided to hang the Flower Bags that I plant every year on the Arbor instead of the Back Gate like I have in years past.....
Why I did not think of this before is beyond me.....
I plant each bag with 11 Impatiens........
And 2 Impatiens each in this vintage watering cans......
In the left back corner of the yard...
Last year, I waged a War against the Squirrels that insist on burying the peanuts that my neighbor is feeding them by the bag full in my pots, digging out my flowers and killing them.....
I realized that in doing this, the Squirrels were not burying the peanuts in these pots so I decided to put rocks in the other pots where I planted flowers.....
3 begonias planted in this pot in this chair.......
Marigolds planted in the pot in the plant stand......
2 Impatiens planted in this Bird Cage.....
The Patio.......
More pots.....
One Impatien in the pot in the corner....
Do you see the Spider on the wall in the picture above?????
Stay safe, healthy and most of all, HAPPY!!
Thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

Oh I love your gardens. I always enjoy visiting. Especially now since I don't have a garden I enjoy it more. And making notes for when I get to start adding pots to our Porch! I am glad you share. Enjoy your beautiful garden and life.
ReplyDeleteWe are playing those temperature games here too. It is not that long ago I was moving plants into the garage to avoid the freezing temperatures overnight. Now we are in the 90's too. Thank goodness we had a lot of rain because my plants are exploding! And thank goodness we had a long enough break that my husband could mow on Friday.
ReplyDeleteYour patio is so cheerful. I just love all the summer colors in your plants and accessories. You did so well with your budget, too. I knew we were going to be doing NOTHING this summer so I may have spent a little more (LOL) than usual. But I am so in love with everything, I think I might need to start saving for next year! Good luck with those squirrels. I thought you had them outsmarted. Fingers crossed for the next battle.
The entire patio is so fresh and happy, filled with your wonderful attention to detail, but those Martha Washington Geraniums are outstanding. I've never seen them before and they so pretty. Love that pink!! You must really enjoy yourself out there.
ReplyDeleteYour garden and patio adds so much life and color to this world. Love it girl. Hope you are feeling much better. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy visiting your garden. So nice to see the Doves. We had a Cardinal family. But now all we have are Sea Gulls. No trees around us. Thanks for sharing your garden
ReplyDeleteNice ideas you have here! 🙂
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing!
Got you from Fluster Buster link party.
What a cute garden! Those geraniums are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing at Vintage Charm!
