I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

Winter Powder Room, 2019

  Welcome to Debbie-Dabble Blog!!
I am so happy you decided to stop by!!

I decorate the downstairs Powder Room for Christmas and Winter with Snow Buddies and a few Christmas items..........

After Christmas, I stripped the Powder Room of everything Christmas but instead of adding a few Valentine's Snow Buddies and other Valentine's items, I opted out this year due to health issues and left the Powder Room just decorated for Winter........

I am going to let the photos do most of the talking......
I stripped any Christmas items from the Tree......
I took down the Santa's that were on the top shelves and moved over 2 lighted silver mercury glass trees.......
Packed away Christmas ornaments and added a silver bird to the sconces......
The greenery above the door ways.......
On the Powder Room door , is a Valentine's wreath and a heart shaped plaque hanging in the center of the wreath.......
This room will stay decorated like this until the beginning of March when I change it back to the way it looks normally.......

In my next post, I will be sharing Nelson Crest, my Victorian doll house, decorated for Winter.........
So I hope you will stop by again!!!!

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

  16. Hello Debbie! thank you for stopping by to visit me at Vintage Mama's Cottage. Your winter decor is gorgeous! I am also doing more winter-ish decor instead of Valentine's Day because there is still quite a bit of winter (unfortunately!) between Valentine's Day and April. I'm working on a pretty late winter theme wreath today so I'll post pictures of it tomorrow or on the weekend . . . and then I just might link up with some of those other parties you've got listed here. Hope to see you around blogland! Nina @ Vintage Mama's Cottage
