I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

In my last 2 posts, I shared my Valentine's decorations in the Living Room where I decorated in a red and gold theme.......
Click HERE if you missed this post.....
And Click HERE if you missed this post....

Today, I will be sharing how I decorated our Dining Room for Valentine's Day in a pink and white color theme!!

I was going to share the entire Dining Room in one post but it was way too long so I decided to split it into 2 posts......

I did leave up the 7 foot pencil this Tree in this corner after Christmas......
I stripped it down and re-decorated it for Valentine's Day and for the month of February which is deemed American Heart Month......

As I mentioned in my previous post, I keep my Valentine's decorations up for the month of February, taking them down during the last week.......

Before we take a closer look at this Pink and White Valentine's Tree, Let me show you what I hung on the window divider between the Dining Room and the Living Room......
 Pink Hearts.....
 A Valentine's Plaque and one I made.....
 Now back to the Tree.......
This Tree is topped off with a bow made from a gold shimmery pink ribbon.....
A few streamers of ribbon hang down around the Tree......
I left the white garland and the white baby's breath that I tucked into the Tree, on it after Christmas......
I have again amassed quite a bit of Pink Valentine's ornaments.......
I also have some candy ornaments.........
Cherub ornaments......
Some I made from Valentine's tags I ordered on Ebay many years go.......
I also decoupaged some hearts with music sheet paper.......
You can also see that I added pink beaded garland.....
And I also tucked white velvet roses into the Tree......
At the bottom of the Tree.......
On the pink tree skirt that I made is a burgundy velvet heart shaped candy box that I embellished.......

I moved one of my Victorian dolls on a pedestal  over to the side of the Tree since I gave the half round table that sat here for several years to my son and daughter-in-law since they moved into a larger townhouse and were able to use a bit more furniture.....
Without the table there, I do have more room in the Dining Room when I have the leaf in the table when the kids come over.......

Over on the other side of the Tree on a marble topped plant stand.......
Is a cherub......
I have a larger pink mercury glass ornament along with a candle ring in the planter part of the cherub.......
A sweet bird and an embellished heart that I received as a gift from a fellow bloggers many years ago........
Over in the corner by the Kitchen.....
Is one of 2 curios in the Dining Room.......
On the side of the curio on a marble topped table......
Is the funeral basket that I decorate for each Season and Holiday.......

For Valentine's Day, I added a bow made from a pretty pink rose ribbon and a heart to the handle......
Pink, white and gold flowers fill the basket and I also tucked a few pink hearts into the arrangement.....

On the table in the front of the basket, is a sweet Valentine card, a pink glass bottle with flowers and a sweet white glittered stone with "Joy" written on it..
On top of this curio......
A vintage scale with tea cups ........
2 Vintage girl and boy head figurines......
And angel wings, a heart and a pink bow.......
Next to the curio, is a cabinet that my Dad made to go with the Dining Room furniture which was Joe's Maternal Grandmother's........

The top of the cabinet.......
A set of vintage cherub hurricane candle holders that I bought at Salvation Army many years ago........
Two of my Thomas Kinkade Pink Ladies flank a vintage crystal compote bowl ........
Inside the bowl are pink rose flowers, a cute cherub bowl and another pink mercury glass large ornament.....
2 birds with pink roses on them and another embellished heart.......
The other candle holder......
This is where I will leave off for today.......

In my next post, I will be sharing the rest of the Dining Room decorated for Valentine's Day.......
Including the buffet.......
So I hope you will be back to visit again soon.......

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!
