I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

I DABBLE IN A BIT OF THIS AND THAT!!!!

An Evening Fall/ Halloween Tour, 2017

Welcome!!!

Today, I want to share with you how our home looks in the Evening decorated for Fall and Halloween!!!!

But first, I want to Thank Karren, over at O My Heartsie Girl, for featuring my post, "Quote the Raven Nevermore" Buffet, from last week's Friday Feature Linky Party!!
Thanks so much, Karren!!

Please visit and link up to this lovely party!!

You may remember a few posts back, I shared how the front of our townhouse looked all lit up in the Evening!!
Click HERE if you missed that post........

Now let's start the Tour of the inside of the house.......

 In the Living Room .......
The Living Room is decorated in an Autumn Elegance Theme...........

My Autumn Tree stands in the corner of the Living Room.......
This is how it looks in the Evening.....
The Pumpkin Patch under the Tree......
 In the Evening........
There is an orange LED lighted branch in this arrangement on the pedestal...........
Over in the corner by the stairs is my LED Branch Tree that I also decorated.....
All lit up.........
I just love this Tree!!!!
Over on my faux window, is a wreath that I made.......
There is a set of orange LED lights on it.....
On top of the TV Entertainment Center, is my Harvest Village......
The Village is all aglow in the Evening.......
The stained glass lamp on this table adds to the ambiance.....
And this lamp also casts a nice glow.......
This is the hutch in the Kitchen.......
The desk area of the Hutch....
A little bit of Fall and Halloween.......

Now, let's go into the Dining Room......
The Dining Room is decorated for Halloween in a black, white and silver Edgar Allen Poe theme......
My "Quote the Raven Nevermore" Buffet......
Takes on a spookier look in the Evening.....
With the lamp off.......
A set of LED battery operated lights is woven throughout the display....
There are 2 Halloween Haunted Houses in the Dining Room.......
This one is on top of the small curio between the buffet and the hutch.....
Joe bought this house in J.C. Penny's this year......
On top of the hutch is a ceramic Haunted House that Joe bought for me the first Halloween that we were married.....
It does look pretty creepy at night, doesn't it????
My Halloween Tree in the corner of the Dining Room......
I love the way it looks all lit up.....
Over in the other corner, near the Kitchen, is the funeral basket that I decorate for each Season and Holiday.......
An LED lighted branch is part of the arrangement inside the funeral basket and the black rose vine had battery operated lights on it......
 Over on the cabinet......
Battery operated candles in the hurricane lamps....
The chandy is also decorated for Halloween......
The chandy with the lights turned down.....
You can see the Tree lit in the background....
I hope you enjoyed my Tour of our home decorated for Fall and Halloween in the Evening.....
I really enjoy it in the Evening....

My next post will be my final post featuring my Fall and Halloween decorations for this Season...........
So I hope you will be back to visit again soon.......

  8. I'm so in love with your Halloween and fall trees! It's too late to create a Halloween tree, but maybe I can convince the hubby to take out the small tree and do one for fall :-)

  9. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my golly, just amazing. How long does it take for you to do all that, Deb? It's incredible. You have sooooo many collections! I don't have a single Halloween decoration anymore. Your home is so festive it's beyond happy!

  18. Oh my word Debbie, thos first few pictures honetly look like you captured all the magic that Mother Nature has to offer in Fall and managed to keep it inside your beautiful home. Everywhere you look it's just so warm and inviting and brimming over with fall colors. And then there's the halloween Christmas tree. I can't decide which one I like better when it's lit up or when it's not. Probably when it's lit up. It adds to the spooky look with that hand reaching out to grab you. Your house is such a treasure trove of wonderful things
