How Is My Garden Growing?????

I thought I would show you how all my Flowers are growing........

Let's start in the front of the house......

But first, I want to remind you.........

ATTENTION: MY MAIN BLOG, DEBBIE-DABBLE, IS HAVING MAJOR ISSUES AND I HAVE LOST ACCESS TO CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE LAYOUT OF THE BLOG SO I HAVE DECIDED TO START A NEW BLOG BECAUSE I FEEL THE ISSUE WITH MY FORMER BLOG MAY NEVER BE RESOLVED.

Welcome to Debbie-Dabble Blog!!

If you followed me on my other Blog, I would so appreciate it if you will follow me on this blog too!!!!

Links are on my Side Bar!!

My pots of annuals on and around the front porch are filling in nicely....
And in the front yard.....
The front flower bed.....
When I first shared how the front yard looked this season, I had mentioned that I wanted to add 2 pots here in the flower bed, planted with red flowers for some color......
Well, here they are......
And the urns.......
They are not filling in as fast as the others I noticed......
Especially the back one here......
The front one is doing better....
So is the flower box between the urns.....
I am pleased with my white/silver, red and yellow color theme with flowers for the front this year......
I want to show you the new Welcome Mat that Joe bought at Bed, Bath and Beyond......
Post Marks...... Remember he is a Letter Carrier for the US Post Office!!

And now in the back yard........

My pots planted with annuals are also doing well.......

By the Arbor.....
Over by the Trellis.....
I finally got to plant my hanging bags with impatiens!!!
There was a Mildew Fungus for the past several years and Growers were not allowed to sell these impatiens until this year here in Pennsylvania........
So I am happy that I was able to plant these bags again!!
I planted the extra impatiens and petunias in this flower box and we will see how it turns out!!
The begonias are doing well.......
 My perennials are blooming.......
There is a cone flower to the side of the pink one........

This pink flower is being attacked by a bunny and it is not the ones on the side of it!!!
I have to spray it every night with Deer Urine Spray to keep the Bunny away!!

Some of the pots on the Patio which I have not got around to showing you yet!! I promise I will be sharing the patio with you soon!!
The wave petunia hanging off the left side of the pot seeded itself from last year as I did not buy any wave petunias this year!!

On top of my Potting Bench
More petunias on the table.....
I bought these 2 Gerber Daisies and 2 large Geraniums at a local Garden Center that closes out all it's flowers at dirt cheap prices every year before the 4th of July so they can focus on their Landscaping Business!!
These cost me only $9.00 plus tax!!!

The Gerber Daisies were transplanted into some larger pots....
One Geranium was planted here in a pot placed in this terra cotta wine cooler that I have had forever!!!!
And I planted the other geranium here and re-planted the new guinea impatien that was here elsewhere!!
And I want to show you something else.......
This is at the entrance to the parking lot that runs between my row of 10 townhouses and the row of 8 townhouses across from us.......
Several years ago, Joe and I enlarged this Flower Bed and planted some perennials in it.

We weed it, mulch it, water it and maintain it in the Summer.........

The Hosta's and Lamb's Ear are growing nicely!!
And the yellow flowers that I transplanted several years ago from our back yard are doing well......
 They are almost done blooming....

This year, I transplanted the pink flowers from my neighbor's yard to the left and the asters from my yard to the right of the photo........

Hopefully, they will take and come back next year.....

And I found this little mess in the morning when I opened the back door........
Birds had built a nest in the wreath on my back door!!
They even included a piece of paper!!!
No message for me on it though!!!  LOL!!!
Joe took the nest off and the wreath is back on the door .......
We will see how determined the birds are.......
I made this Garden Wreath a few years ago......

I have been adding and moving over posts and other things from my old blog to this, my new blog...

There has been something about starting fresh but I did have to go through 787 posts and I lost 738 Followers through Google Friend Connect.....

I was able to switch my Bloglovin Followers over to the new blog....

And I am able to add the gadget Follow By Email to this blog where it never worked for the old blog so that is a plus!!!

I hope that all my Followers from the old blog will follow me here........

I was determined not to let those hackers get the best of me and instead of feeling helpless and hopeless about the future of my old blog, I decided to show them that I could create a brand new blog without anyone else's help and that they did not get me down!!!

Let them have my old blog!!!!Once I am sure that i have moved everything over that i want to, I will delete the old blog......

I am very independent , almost to a fault at times , where I would rather do everything myself instead of asking for help.....

And I am really quite proud of myself that I was able to keep Debbie-Dabble going and it did not cost me a dime!!

In my next post, I will be sharing our Bright and Colorful Patio!!
So I hope you will be back to visit me again soon , here on my new blog, Debbie-Dabble Blog!!!

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

If you do not have a blog, PLEASE  give me some way to reply to your comment, maybe by including your email in your comment.  If I can not find a way to reach you, I will reply on the post where you commented so please check back......

Hugs,
Debbie

  3. I just love the color...funny you mention fungus and the PA thing...when we were at the nursery back on Mother's Day and we found Asparagus Ferns the owner snatched them out of my hands saying they are banned here in NY due to them being invasive and that was a mistake to put them out. Needless, to say we promised to contain them and she gave them to us for free....isn't that something?

ANYWAYS---love the color you have and your gardens. Have a joyful rest of the week. smiles

  4. Debbie, your flowers are beautiful! It's getting so hot here now that it's an endurance test.

I was thinking the other day how proud you should be about recovering your blog and carrying on. I would die and I would definitely have to have help. We have a little Texas bloggers group....I'll post in there that you have a new blog. :)

  12. Your flowers are so pretty, Debbie - so happy and bright and well-cared for! Sorry to hear about your blog being hacked. Mine was hacked once, a few years ago, but Blogger shut them down and I was able to keep my blog going. Why do people do such things? It's crazy, if you ask me. I put you on my blog roll so hopefully some that were lost can find you again. Hugs and Happy 4th! xx Karen

  17. WOW...everything is growing and blooming so well. I had some impatiens on a stand under a tree. Overnight something ate all the flowers! I've never had that happen before.
