A NOTE ABOUT COMMENTS
I

Welcome to Saturday Snippets!
In my last post, I shared how I changed over the Front Porch and Yard from Fall to Halloween!!
Click HERE if you missed that post!!
And now for a few Personal Notes...
Truth be told, tomorrow, on Sunday, October 13th at 2 pm is our church's Harvest Tea.....
I am co chairing it with my friend Rosemary....
Rosemary and I ran the Craft Fairs for our church several years ago.....
I hope to post about it on Monday but the post may go up a bit later in the day.....
I am doing one table for my own guests and also doing a table for the entertainment to sit at....
This past Sunday was our monthly Sunday/Coffee/ Love Breakfast after the 9 am Mass at our church that the Community Group that I belong to puts on.....
We had a 2 month hiatus because of vacation's and our parish hall being booked for other events....
I bought dark and lighter orange tablecloths for the tables.....
And brought in a few of my embellished Dollar Tree pumpkins from home to decorate the tables a bit....
A craft table was set up for the children as CCD has started once again for the Season....
We served fresh bagels from a local bakery owned by a parishioner.....
Cinnamon and coconut pastries, kolachi and donut holes for the kids.....
And cookies and cinnamon buns with a peanut butter spread that Father Alex brought over.....
I picked up the plates from Sam's Club and another member of our group brought in a few decorations for the table.....
Also juice and water....
Our new beverage bar where we had coffee, tea and hot cocoa for the kids....
We had a nice turnout and I forgot to take pictures of that......
Last weekend, I got me some puppy loving.....
I had been missing my grand pups so much that I asked for an overnight stay from them....
I think they used that time to try to catch up on over 9 months ( since the twins were born) of sleep!!
This is Faye and Azumi laying on each side of me while I worked on a blog post.....
Uncle Joey loved seeing them too.....
I really enjoyed having them stay overnight....
Looking forward to the next time....
Today, I am going to share how I decorated my other house for Halloween.......
Nelson Crest....
Going to let the pictures do most of the talking.....
The left side yard.......
Upper balcony off the Master Bedroom.....
Left side of the front yard....
Right side of the front yard.....
Right side yard......
I hope you enjoyed seeing Nelson Crest all decked out for Halloween this year.....
In my next post on MONDAY, I will be sharing our church's Harvest Tea........
So I hope you will come back to visit on MONDAY!!!
Stay safe, healthy and most of all, HAPPY!!
Thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!
