Even though this blog looks like my old one, Debbie-Dabble, "Debbie-Dabble Blog" is my new Blog that I created on June 23, 2016, after my old one was hacked through my Debbie-Dabble Face Book Page which I have now deleted!!

I am a Victorian Soul, live in a small townhouse, not a huge Mega Mansion, with my Hubby Joe. I recently went Part Time after working full time night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 32 years and have been in nursing for 38 years!

George Eliot
George Eliot was actually a pen name for a woman named Mary Anne Evans......

  1. Why oh why can't something like this exist near me? I'm jealous.

  2. I already see some things I'd love to buy from The Country Store! What a cool place. Oh, that Walter is a cutie, and yes, his name does fit!

  3. What fun to shop and browse that place! I saw so many things I liked. The cat on the bed is such a homey touch! LOVE the red floral sofa as well as the black and white check with red pillows. Love the bird cages and the pottery is really pretty too. I guess there is lot to be said about living in a bigger centre. Our Island is very beautiful in the summertime but this time of year a lot of the shops and tea rooms are closed. Yes, Walter is adorable! I am sure Joe is enjoying his retirement. My guy is taking it month by month. One of these days he may come home and tell me he is retiring. I would love it! Have fabulous weekend, Debbie.

  4. I like to go to stores like that however I can spend 2 hours easy in them .
I knew you were going to say your were ready for Christmas, I remember last year saying you kept one or two trees up year around.

  5. O my such wonderful things. I love those yellow chairs and the black and white sofa.. The red and blue enamel pieces and so many of them.. Your christmas decor looks lovely. Lots of work. Have a wonderful weekend with love Janice ps walter is adorable and yes the name fits him... Lol its my middle sons name he is Walter Wilson... Hehe

  6. Great place! Fantastic things! Have a lovely weekend! Kisses:))

  7. Hi Deb, that is a great store. I bet it will look wonderful at Christmas time. I loved that section with all the red and blue spongeware. I would have gone crazy in there. OMG, that is the cutest little dog. What a face..Happy Sunday..Judy

  8. Looks like such a fun place to go and with so much inspiration at every turn, I will have to say that I loved all the goodies on the 3rd floor, it must be so much fun for them to decorate each level, look forward to the house all decorated too!

  9. Goodness, I think that store has it all. I've never seen a store so full. Looks like a fun place to shop.

  10. Debbie, I love the "Country Folk" store. It is a stunning place to shop. I could spend days there. Sigh!

Joe looks like he is enjoying his retirement and Walter is the cutest pup ever. He is a lucky pup to have a loving family to love him.

Your sneak peek of your Christmas decorations promises to be beautiful. You are a wonderful decorator in every way. I mean it.
    Hugs and happy decorating.
