I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

Some Exciting News!!

   Welcome to Debbie-Dabble Blog!!

I am so happy you decided to stop by!!

I have some exciting NEWS!!!

I am delaying the post I had planned today until tomorrow, on SATURDAY, because I want to share something with all of you!!!!!

Something I thought would never happen, but prayerfully, with the Grace of God, is going to happen in about 4-5 months......

Joe and I will no longer be Mimi and G Pop to just our Grand Pups....

Faye....

And Azumi....

We are being promoted....

 Yep!!

We are going to be Grandparents!!!

For the first time!!

After a long, sometimes heart breaking, arduous journey filled with a few disappointments, we are very happy to announce that our son Jim and his wife Danielle are expecting.....

 Their first child....

And

WAIT FOR IT.....

Also their second child!!!

YES!

They are having Twins!!!!

Baby A and Baby B!!

Yep!!

2 Babies!!!

Of course we are thrilled but this also comes with much concern.....

So I ask if you could graciously keep them in your prayers....

So that Danielle and the babies will be healthy....

And did I mention.....

That the babies are GIRLS!!!!

OMG!!!!!

This is what my son Jim posted on Face Book announcing the pregnancy...

I like to think me and my wife are private people. For example, about 5 years ago most people didn’t even know we were engaged until the day after. With that said, I guess maybe it is time to tell everyone- My incredible wife, Danielle Barna is pregnant and we are expecting twins in about 4-5 months.
I also don’t like to think I’m a serious person. But if I can be serious for a minute- I have done some terrible things in life. But I’m hoping that bringing two beautiful babies into this world and raising them like a Super Dad becomes one of the best things I ever do.

I know that they both are going to be fantastic parents!!!!

We love them both so!!

I hope you will stop by to visit again on tomorrow, SATURDAY for my regularly scheduled post!!!

Stay safe, healthy and most of all, HAPPY!!

Thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

If you do not have a blog, PLEASE  give me some way to reply to your comment, maybe by including your email in your comment.  If I can not find a way to reach you, I will reply on the post where you commented so please check back......

    OMG!!!!

You are going to LOVE being a grandparent!!! It is one of the greatest things EVERRRR!

I tell our son that my grandkids are my reward for not killing him when he was younger!!!

I am a Yiayia (Greek for “grandmother) to a girl and TWIN boys!!! We have identical twins…and although they are 10 years old I STILL cannot tell them apart! 😜

You and Joe are going to make FANTASTIC grandparents!!!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!🍾
