Today, I will be sharing my Winter Beverage Bar in the Kitchen!!!
In my last post, I shared for January's Rudolph Day post, more after Christmas

Thanks
to Dee, over at Grammy's Grid, for choosing my post, My One Little Word.,
as one of her features from the last Unlimited Link Up Party!!!
Please link up to this wonderful party and all the other ones that Dee is gracious enough to host!!!
And now for a few Personal Notes...
The grand pups slept over for a few nights while my son Jim and DIL Danielle went to NYC for a few days....
I sleep on the sofa with them at night and use 2 ottomans....
Azumi likes to stretch out!!!
Where Faye likes to curl up in a little ball!!
They do like to sleep!!!
Jim and Danielle were able to get tickets to See Chicago on Broadway and loved it!!
Joe gets the newspaper for my neighbor Ed, who now lives in my former neighbor Elly's home, in the mornings, takes him back and forth to the garage if his car needs repairs and had treated him to a Hockey Game or 2.....
I shovel his sidewalks if my neighbor Melanie does not beat me to it as Ed needs hip and knee replacements and I weed his front slope in the Summer....
Last week, Ed brought over a gift for Joe....
I recognized the name but for the life of me, could not figure out what would come in this type of carrying case....
I was thinking tools....
I know these are quite expensive!!!
Ed said they were on Clearance so he bought one for himself and one for Joe!!!
We are very blessed to have such good neighbors....
Joe told Ed he will get tickets for any hockey games he would like to go to!!
Java Momma is a local based company from Danville, Pa.
My niece Renae had an online week long party showcasing their products....
Her niece, Jess, is a distributor for the company and hosts online parties for clients....
I got my order the other day and was so excited!!!!
I ordered a flavored Coffee sample pack of 8 different flavors....
A sample pack of 4 different flavored Tea's....
And 2 Hot Cocoa mixes!!!
I sampled the Apple strudel coffee already and love d it!!!!
Click HERE to look at Java Momma's web site....
And for Jess's FB Page as a distributor, click HERE....
And that takes me to what I will be sharing today.....
My Winter Beverage Bar in the Kitchen!!!!
In a previous post, I shared my Winter Hutch and Winter Red Cardinal/Bird Tree in the Kitchen.....
I decorated my Kitchen for Winter in a Red Cardinal and Snowman theme with a bit of Valentine's thrown in....
For Christmas this year, I had the best time creating a new Beverage Bar in the corner of the Kitchen counter.....
I created shelves the I set up in an L shape configuration from boards I had that fit perfectly on wire shelves that I also had.....
I spray painted them red....
They fit perfectly in this little area by the refrigerator!!!!
I loved how it all looked for Christmas and enjoyed it immensely!!!
If you missed the post I did about it over on my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas, click
I wanted to do something similar for Winter....
But first, let me show you the entire area....
I do not have much counter space as this is my biggest counter area....
There is only one other small area between the stove and the sink....
Which is why I had a contractor build a counter bar that I designed for me which is over on the other side oft he Kitchen.....
In the corner...
In my last post for Rudolph Day, I shared that I bought 3 different wide mouthed cookie/candy jars on clearance at Big Lot's after Christmas for under $3 each!!
A Santa one....
Now common sense of course is that one would never put cookies out in one of these for an extended period of time but what a great piece to have for a Holiday buffet filled with cookies or out on your counter filled with candy....
Now since I am not a "food" person and would never ever have cookies in a cookie jar out on my counter just for the taking, I though of a different use....
I decided to create a scene inside of it!!!!!
I simple placed 2 small white bottle brush trees and a cute bucket of snowballs inside the mouth!!!
I love the way it looks.....
On the soffit and the cabinet doors.....
I framed a calendar picture of Red Cardinals....
And hanging on the cabinet doors is a wreath that I made....
I was lucky enough to find pot holders with both Snowmen and Red Cardinals on them a few years back.....
I kept the same configuration as I had for Christmas.....
I hung a Hot Cocoa sign in place of the Christmas one....
I have Instant Coffee in the glass jar.....
I put a white bottle brush tree in the mug ornament with a B on it....
Tea Bags, boxes of flavored Teas, peppermint sticks and some jars filled with flavored coffee are displayed on the black shelf....
You may remember that I bought the Snowman on Clearance in Big Lot's after Christmas....
I changed out the place mat for a quilted Winter bird one ......
I used plain red bowls for my sweetener and creamers and left out the reindeer mug for my chocolate coffee sticks on the marble turntable!!....
My Nieces Renae, Cortney, Caitlin and Carly gifted me these fabulous Snowman mugs for Christmas that I filled with Tea and Hot Cocoa mixes!!!
I ran off these Hot Cocoa Printables from a Blogger whose name right now has escaped me!!
So Sorry!
Please! if these are your Printables, let me know so I can give you credit!!!
I used magnets to attach them to the refrigerator....
I bought these cute wood signs in Dollar General for $3 each!!!
I know both Michael's and Hobby Lobby have similar ones for $9.99!!
I placed them on the shelf....
I just bought the Swiss Miss tin after Christmas and the vintage cocoa container was my neighbor Elly's......
I filled these lovely Winter mugs that were gifted to me by a friend with chocolate and peppermint spoons in one and marshmallows and peppermint sticks....
I love the Winter scenes on these mugs.....
I left out the hot cocoa salt and pepper shakers and ornament....
Under the shelf is the 2 red mugs bought at Dollar Tree and a Red Cardinal mug.....
And that is my new Winter Beverage Bar....
In the evening is when I enjoy a mug of Hot Cocoa.....
I hope you enjoyed seeing how I changed it over from Christmas to Winter.....
It took me 3 days to change over the Kitchen....
On TUESDAY, I will be finishing up with my Tour of the Kitchen decorated in a Winter Red Cardinal and Snowman theme.....
So I hope you will stop by to visit again on TUESDAY!!
Stay safe, healthy and most of all, HAPPY!!

Debbie, the dogs are just adorable and I hope you had a good time watching them. That watch is just so nice and I hope your husband enjoys wearing it. I like the coffee and tea bar set up. The snowman and cardinal theme looks perfect for winter. I hope you enjoy the weekend Debbie.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun and clever idea. I have a bit of a tea-and-cocoa bar. It's fun and so easy for people to help themselves. Love your winter fun!
ReplyDeleteWow! You have so many unique pieces. I have not seen the wide mouth cookie jars before, love the way you decorated them! So cute. I would not have thought to add the muffin pan to a wreath either, but I love all of those snowman faces peeking out for a hello. Thank you for sharing your inspiration!
