Welcome to Debbie-Dabble Blog!!
Click HERE if you missed that post!!
Today, I will be finishing up the Tour of my Kitchen decorated for Early Summer in a Hens & Roos theme with a few Bee items thrown in.....
The Cocoa, Lipton Tea canister and the other Tea canister are vintage.....
I left up the evergreen garland after Christmas above the counter bar and just added a floral garland and a seed bag garland to it for the Summer....
I don't know why I didn't do this other years instead of taking down the evergreen garland where I could have just used it as a base.........
The Galley sign was bought for $5 when the local Red Lobster had a remodeling sale many years ago!!!
The lamp and the shutters were my late neighbor Elly's....
I used the shutters and a piece of stained glass to block the pass through into the Dining Room.....
Red mercury glass candle holders are topped with vintage yellow fiesta ware tea cups and saucers...
I used a quilted runner in yellow and a yellow and white checked place mat on the top of the counter bar......
And that finishes up the tour of the Kitchen decorated for Early/Summer....
If you missed the previous posts on the Kitchen decorated for Early Summer...
The Kitchen has looked like this when I finally was able to take down the Easter decorations in early May after Joe passed away....
So soon, I will be changing it over for Late Summer and Early Fall to my Apple and Sunflower theme....
I do hope you enjoyed this little Tour.....
In my next post on THURSDAY, I will be doing a garden update both in the front and back yards as I cut back all the Missouri Primrose that finished blooming and did a bit of a clean up with some rearranging....
Thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

You know how much I love your cheerful kitchen, but I wanted to comment on your header photo. It is just lovely and such a nice shout out to Joe. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, Deb. I know I have told you this before, but your kitchen is to die for ! I just love it especially decked out in reds and yellows. I was noticing the other day your Mr. Peanut- how cute!!! Love your bee decor. Your kitchen is my dream kitchen. I agree with Miss Merry- your header is beautiful. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie -- Bright and colorful kitchen -- love the bees. Three morning cups of coffee -- no wonder you get so much done -- you're hyped up on caffeine!! About the only thing our kitchens have in common is the French vanilla creamer -- yummy!! Looking forward to Thursday's post -- your flower are always gorgeous. Take care -- Patty
ReplyDeleteThree cups of coffee is a drop in the bucket compared to the ENTIRE pot of coffee I used to drink in an 8 hour shift of night shift while I was working ....Also the flavored coffee I drink is decaf....Thanks for your visit...
DeleteHugs,
Deb
Hi Debbie, Your kitchen looks adorable. I love your beverage bar too! I always wanted a beverage bar, but I am the only one who enjoys coffee and I have cut back to one cup a day of instant. It is harder in the winter to stick to that and I often have another cup in the afternoon! My Grandma had that aluminum canister set with the tea canister too!
ReplyDeleteYour beverage bar area looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie - I love how you manage to fit so much into such a small area and how homey and warm it feels. Those photos at the end of your post of your beautiful garden also made my heart happy. I can see why you'd enjoy sitting out there in the sunshine with a cuppa and a book - absolute bliss.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet beverage bar! I'd love a cup of coffee right there! Stopping over from Talking About it Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteA beverage or snack bar is a great idea and you have a perfect spot for it. You've a super fun kitchen -- so many details!
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie what a cheerful breakfast bar to greet you each morning. I'd enjoy having a cup of coffee with you there. Thanks for sharing at #WeekendTrafficJamReboot and have a lovely weekend. x
