I am a Victorian Soul, who lives in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion!! I just recently lost my Hubby Joe, who was a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am so glad that we retired at 62 years of age and got to spend that time together before he passed....I still do love Retirement!!!!

I DABBLE IN A BIT OF THIS AND THAT!!!!

Victorian Haunted Doll House, 2018

  Welcome!!!

In this post, I will once again be sharing Nelson Crest, my Victorian Doll House decorated for Halloween!!!
Roy Nelson is the wonderful man who made my childhood dream of owning a Victorian Doll House come true when I was 50 years old.........

That is why I named my doll house Nelson Crest after him and the family that lives there are the Nelson's!!
I enjoy decorating the outside of  my doll house for the different Holidays and Seasons......

But I really love decorating it for Halloween.........

Let's start with the side yard on the left........
A few ghostly looking trees, tombstones and a few bones scattered about.......
Caskets too!!
Moving around to the front of the house.......
The second floor balcony off the Master Bedroom.........
An ugly looking Witch flys around on her broom..............
Gargoyles sit on top of the door frame and the balcony railing......
Pumpkin Topiaries grace plant stands on each side of the door.......
A ghost rests on the balcony railing........
Quite a dapper looking skeleton hangs from the railing on the second floor balcony.......
He is tipping his top hat to Treat or Treaters below!!!
Let's take a closer look at the left side of the front yard........
A tree with skulls hanging from it .....
Tombstones, a ghost.........
A Skeleton climbing out of the grave.......
Another casket and even a witch.......
The front porch.........
You can see that some cute Trick or Treaters are looking for some treats on the front porch.......
The stairs are decorated with pumpkins and different Ghoulish Halloween baskets.......
A Happy little pumpkin head Ghost scurries about on the side walk.......
On the right side of the front yard........
Another ghostly looking tree.......
A spooky looking bench......
More tombstones......
Around the right side yard.......
More ghosts......
A mummy......
A Gargoyle birdbath......
Nelson Crest is all ready for Trick or Treaters!!
I hope you enjoyed the Tour.......

I recently was a Hostess at our Church's Annual Harvest Tea.......

As a Hostess, you choose a theme in which to decorate your table, invite guests to sit at your table who pay a $10 fee, provide the food and favors for your guests and a door prize to be chanced off the night of the Tea.
The Harvest Tea is a fund raiser for a Scholarship Award Program for High School Seniors of our church who choose to continue their Education.....
So I hope you will be back to visit again when I share my table "Pumpkin Kisses and Harvest Wishes"!!!.......
And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

If you do not have a blog, PLEASE  give me some way to reply to your comment, maybe by including your email in your comment.  If I can not find a way to reach you, I will reply on the post where you commented so please check back......

  3. As usual, Debbie, I enjoyed your dollhouse decor! I sit beside my Halloween house which is not organized, just full of stuff I want to use in it. Dollar Tree had a green witch and ghost that light and make noise that I just HAD to have this year!! Mine will be a family Halloween party in progress with spooky touches. I have been busy crafting for our tiny church's Nov. Christmas bazaar and have only put up a few Halloween decorations; my daughter goes all out for Halloween. She has an annual pumpkin carving party. Have made kitty litter cakes and witches knuckles in past years! Eyeballs float in her punch! Gotta love it!
