Thanks so much, Bev!!

Please stop by and link up to this charming party!!

Today I am starting my Tour of the Living Room decorated in what I call an "Autumn Elegance" theme....

I took me 7 days, yes 7 days, to change the Living Room over from my late Summer coastal theme...

That entailed cleaning and packing away all of my Coastal decor....

Changing over all the Spring/Summer curtains, drapers and linens to the Fall/Winter ones...

But this year, I had to replace my 20+ year old window shade with a new one which meant unscrewing the screws from the old shade's brackets, pulling the anchors for the screws out of the wall, spackling those holes and installing the new brackets, which are now totally different from the old ones, setting the spring tension on the new custom cut shade and putting it up!!!

By the time I did all of that, ironed the Fall/Winter lace curtains and drapes and hung them up, I spent 3 hours on that darn window alone!!!

I then cleaned and polished all the furniture and packed away all my "normal" decor....

Next was decorating the room which took me 3 days as I sort have changed things around and tried to incorporate some aqua accents to go with my newly painted walls below the chair rail....

People always tell me to slow down and take my time so I did with this room.....

Today, I am going to be sharing one of the different things that I did in the Living Room.....

The TV Entertainment Center and the 2 tables on each side of it....

I will start with the vintage 3 tiered table on the left side of it.....

Since I painted the walls below the chair rail in the Living Room a deeper shade of aqua. I wanted to incorporate more aqua into my Fall decorations....

I will be showing you how I did that with items from my normal decor and a few new aqua items.....

I will also be sharing how I used some of my recent purchases in my Fall decorating....

This table was given to me by my MIL after she took it from a cousin's home who had passed away....

Joe gifted me the lamp and he bought it many years ago at J.C.Penney's.....

I propped a metal pumpkin up against the lamp...

This gold owl was recently purchased at Gabes.....

And these aqua velvet like pumpkins at Dollar Tree...

I put the owl inside of a glass dome......

A vintage brown transferware tea cup and saucer.....

I placed one of the large aqua pumpkins on top of a candle holder....

The middle shelf with a vintage tea pot and teacup and saucer.....

And the new leaf plate I bought a few weeks ago at a church flea market....

 The bottom shelf......

Two pumpkins I made from yarn spools and another glass leaf plate from a church flea market bought last year....

The standing pumpkin sign was bought on Clearance at 90% off in Dollar Tree a few years ago.....

Now we will take a look at the TV Entertainment Center.....

I treat the top of it as if it is a mantel......

But this year, I decided to do something completely different than what I have done for many years.....

This is how it looked last year with my Harvest Village displayed on top of it.....

I loved this village, that I bought in Joann's Fabrics and then 2 houses in The Christmas Tree Shop, and displayed it on top of whatever TV Entertainment Center that we had here for well over 25 years+ ....

But it was time to pass it on to somebody else to enjoy.....

So I gifted it to my niece Renae.......

Now I had to come up with something new........

One of the reasons why I wanted to do something different here was the purchase of these lamps from Amazon......

I wanted to have a bit more lighting after I painted the paneled wall in the Living Room to look more like  brick......

I decided to leave up this garland that I hung here last Christmas and just use it as a base for decorating it for other Holidays through out the year.....

I bought this very full leaf garland in Gabes for a mere $6.......

And these florals in Dollar Tree......

 Along with these wooden leaves.....

Here is the garland with the new leaf garland and florals from Dollar tree tucked in at each side.....

I hung the wooden leaves on each side and I cut the white leaves away from the acorns and also hung them from the garland.....

And this is how it looks with a set of battery operated fairy lights that come on by timer in the evening....

I am really happy with how the garland came out.....

Now I needed to decide how to decorate the top of it.....

I was inspired by one of my favorite You Tubers, Arlynn at Arlynn's Country Craft Corner, who had her husband glue dishes to charger plates....

I recently bought these pretty charger plates at Dollar Tree which are very similar to ones that she has....

But I decided to glue these Fall signs that I bought a few years ago on Clearance in Dollar General for 90% off to them.....

Previously, I displayed them on top of the hutch.....

And this is what they look like now glued to the charger plates....

Okay, so that is all the new things that I used to create an "Elegant Autumn" Mantel on top of the TV Entertainment Center so let's take a look at how it all came out.....

 The left side.........

I placed one of the pumpkins I made out of a toilet paper roll and an acorn bought at Big Lot's on this side.....

In the center.....

I used a wreath stand to hang the same wreath here that I made a few years ago out of ribbon.....

And there are the charger plates on each side of the wreath.......

I placed one of the pumpkins that I embellished a very long time ago in the center.....

Flanked with two smaller ones on each side of it.....

The right side.....

Again, on this side, I used another toilet paper roll pumpkin .......

And a squirrel, also bought at Big Lot's......

I am really enjoying how this looks in the evenings......

On the floor in front of the TV Entertainment Center......

Remember I bought this basket a few weeks ago at the church flea market......

I filled it with faux pumpkins and a candle and tied a bow on the handle.......

Since the theme for Fall for the Living Room is "Elegant Autumn" I placed this beautiful gold framed mirror for a bit of Glam in front of the chest....

On top of the chest is a scarecrow, a pumpkin with a floral arrangement inside of it. a small pumpkin and a candle.......

Along side of it is a decoration I made from Pringle's cans.....

And the last area I want to share today is the small round table on the right side.......

The tablecloth was changed to this gold chenille one I bought many years ago in Target.....

I placed a pretty Fall leaf place mat on top of a lace doily to accentuate it on the tablecloth......

I left out my Thomas Kinkade Victorian Lady who is dressed in aqua.....

Pumpkins and an owl......

I also left out this book box in aqua.....

More pumpkins and a tea cup in orange for Fall.....

And one of the small aqua pumpkins in velvet.....

And this is where I will leave off for today......

I hope you enjoyed seeing this area of the Living Room decorated in an "Elegant Autumn" theme for Fall.......
