Easter Buffet in the Dining Room, 2017

Welcome!!!

Today, I will be sharing how I decorated the Dining Room buffet for Easter........
Last year, it looked like this........
I moved the Easter Tree in the Dining Room over to the table in the corner..........
Click HERE if you missed that post.......

I felt it was time to pass my Easter Village on so I gave it to my niece Lynn for her daughter Madalyn!!!

Madalyn is quite creative and set up the village how she wanted it to look with a little assistance from her Mom........
Not bad for a 5 year old!!!

I had used this Tu Tu as a tree skirt in the past but thought that Madalyn would like playing with it.......
 Looks like I was right!!!

Now that my Easter Village has been passed on into quite capable hands, I was able to do something different with the buffet.......
Isn't he quite the dapper Bunny??????
Another little Bunny sits at his feet........
An egg box that I embellished along with a cute egg dish..........
Hand made eggs that I bought at a flea market fill the dish........
This dish sits on top a some pretty pink dishes that I bought several years ago at a yard sale........
A bunny cup......
An egg with my youngest son's name on it that I had made when he was a child........
A Bunny tea pot..........
A Bunny creamer sits  on top of a green depression glass cake plate.......
On the cake plate are some faux candies, an egg cookie and jelly beans.......
  A cabbage bowl......
Another bunny cup.....
A hand made egg with my older son's name painted on it......
A fiberoptic Bunny Tree.....
A Bunny box that was bought several years ago at The Christmas Tree Shop........
A pink bottle brush tree bought at a yard sale that I decorated with eggs..........
The ceramic egg with the bunny on top was given to me by my Mother for Easter many years ago..........
And that's how the buffet in the Dining Room looks for Easter this year.........
In my next post, I will be sharing the rest of the Easter decorations in the Dining Room with you......
So I hope you will come by and visit  again!!

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

  12. Debbie everything is beautiful. It is so nice of you to give part of your decor to your niece. Share in the joy. The ornament that really struck me was the egg given to you by your mom! Now that's special.
