I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... Nelson Crest is Halloween Ready!!

I want to share my "other" house decorated for Halloween......

But first, I want to Thank Olivia, over at Reinvented Collection, for featured my
Spooky Dining Room as one of the Halloween Decorating Treats featured posts from the Thursday Favorite Things Linky Party!!
Thanks so much, Olivia!! And thanks for your kind words and heartfelt email!!

Please stop by and link up to this wonderful party!!

This is Nelson Crest, my Victorian Painted Lady Doll House.
I decorate it for every Season and Holiday and I want to share how I decorated the outside of Nelson Crest for Halloween!

The doll house is on a turntable so I can spin it around........

The left side yard......
A tombstone......
The Mummy was bought this year at Dollar Tree.....
Most of the other items were bought at Michael's and are part of Lemax''s Spooky Town Village.........
The front yard.........
The balcony off the Master Bedroom.......
Gargoyles on the bannister.......
Pumpkins and a ghost rest on the plant stands......
A dapper skeleton hangs off the balcony railing.....
On the left side of the front yard......
Tombstones.......
A creepy tree with skulls hanging from it.......
A skeleton.....

A coffin and pumpkins to the side of the bench......
On the front porch......
A few Trick or Treaters!!
I hope Mrs. Nelson has some Doggie Treats for these Trick or Treaters!!
On the steps are a few scary Halloween baskets......
Another coffin and a Witch that I just bought at Dollar Tree.......
On the right side of the front yard.......
More pumpkins, a coffin, a skeleton and tombstones.......
The black tree was bought at Dollar Tree.....
The right side yard.......
More tombstones.....
And Nelson Crest is now ready to accept Halloween Trick or Treaters!!
I am looking forward to decorating both the inside and outside of Nelson Crest for Christmas!!!

In my next post, I will be sharing my final Garden post for the year featuring some Fall flowers ......

  7. Debbie, Darlin'!

You have just taken my heart with this sweet PINK dollhouse, over and over, but THIS---this is absolutely perfect. I've just looked my eyes full with a whole cup of coffee, just now---house is quiet, for Chris and our Sweetpea have whisked her off to school in the dark of the morning. She's been here four nights, whilst her Mommy is at a conference, and we've had a marvelous time. And two other GRANDS and their Mom spent the day yesterday, as we made our own little Halloween Houses, with paint and stickers and hot glue abounding.

I especially love that balcony display---I first thought that was maybe a Caesar's bust, but on closer-up look, It seems to be CAESAR'S GHOST. How apropos of the season.

Thanks again for the spell-binding minutes spent visiting your house.
