Halloween Tree and Village, 2016

Our Living Room is decorated in an Elegant Fall Theme but I decorate the Dining Room in a Blcak , White and Silver Spooky Halloween Theme.......

Today, I am going to share my Halloween Village and Tree in the Dining Room........
For my Halloween Tree, I started with a silver Tree that I bought at a Church Flea Market several years ago.......
Hanging above the Tree, in the corner is a Halloween Tussie Mussie that I made.......
To the side of the Tree, on the wall is a shelf......
A Skeleton Bride and Groom......
Back to the Tree.........

I used a set of White Lights and a set of Ghost Lights on the Tree.....
For a Topper, I made a bow using 3 different types of ribbon.......
The Tree is decorated with black and white garland bought at Dollar Tree........
A glittered black leaf garland.......
Skulls and Skeletons.......
Crows, Spiders.......
Black and Silver ornaments bought on Clearance after Christmas.....
Bats and Witch's Hats.........
Black and Silver Spider Web Butterflies......
And Pumpkins with Spooky Faces!!!!
On the shelf above the Buffet........
I bought this Halloween Village many years ago at Jo Ann Fabrics.......
I have added to it over the years , buying items from the Lemax Spooky Town Collection at Micheals.....

The bones that are scattered about is candy bought at Dollar Tree!!!
I will let the photos do the talking......
This fiberoptic piece was bought many years ago at Target........

I hope you enjoyed seeing my Halloween Tree and Village........
In my next post, I will share how the rest of the Dining Room looks all decked out for Halloween!!!

So I hope you will come by and visit  again!!

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

If you do not have a blog, PLEASE  give me some way to reply to your comment, maybe by including your email in your comment.  If I can not find a way to reach you, I will reply on the post where you commented so please check back......

  2. Hi Deb. The silver tree is the perfect backdrop for the skulls, crows and all the other bits and pieces that make Halloween so fun. The bride and groom are perfect But the scariest thing of all is that pic in the right hand corner of your blog, especially if it didn't have the red line through it!!! You did good on that one..Happy Wednesday..Judy

  13. Wow, Debbie, you went all out and it's awesome! So many interesting things to look at that I wish I could shop some of your decor. LOL. I love the tall skinny bride and groom, along with the smaller round table with the Victorian style hurricane lamp that has the witch hat perched on top. That's something I do with a few of my hats. You really have a fantastic collection of Halloween decor. I just thinned out a lot of mine, giving it to a dear friend who has young daughters. She lost all of her holiday decor in a divorce and with the two bonus kids and brand new baby and a new home with her loving family, I figured they would get much more enjoyment out of it than I do.

It has been to many years since I went all out for Halloween. I shared just a few little spots on my blog. It's not nearly as exciting as yours with so many details and interesting things to see.

I'm sure your family is enjoying such a fun home to live in.

Thank you for sharing with us at Thursday Favorite Things. I will be featuring this afternoon on my blog. If you would like to reply, I'm going to leave a coded email so I don't get creepy spammers snagging my email. You are always welcome to catch me on Facebook or comment directly on my blog. I read every single comment and reply to 98% of them. (I try to reply to everyone, but sometimes I get distracted).

reinvented(dot) co (at) gmail (dot) com is my everyday email.

Olivia (at) reinvented collection (dot) com is my official business fancy schmancy email. You know, everyone says as a business it's tacky to have a good old .gmail. Either one works but I reply much quicker to the fuddy duddy one.

Again, thanks for sharing with us.
